Are You Looking for a New Black Hoodie?
I'll be perfectly honest with you, when I need a new sweatshirt, I usually just head on down to my local wally world and pick one up for oh, I don't know, about $8.95. That being said, this is 2010, and I know that our society is all about the brand names. My 14 year old daughter won't even think about wearing something that doesn't come from American Eagle or Hollister.
So part of the reason I'm building this site is to help highlight some of the cool places that you can find deals on, and/or hard to find designer brand black hoodies here on the interwebs.
Now obviously, I'm not just going to pull this list right out of my butt and have it ready to go. So we're just gonna start off nice and slow with the big and obvious places. Then as I discover more, I'll add to this list, and maybe even make a blog post or two about it.
Til then, Happy Shopping ...
Purple Tinkerbell Hoodie Weather Has Arrived!
Jaiden loves her purple Tinkerbell hoodie. It's not even really all that cold yet here in Texas. But still, anytime I'm home in the morning and have the opportunity to walk the girls to school, they always want to wear a sweatshirt or a jacket. Jaiden especially might have a bit of an issue when winter really does arrive, as this particular Tinkerbell one is by far her favorite. I only took a picture this morning, but I almos wish I would have gotten a video instead. As we're getting ready to head out the door, she's got a big smile on her face, and telling anyone who'll listen:
I'm wearing my hoodie! I'm wearing my hoodie!
I guess back to school really is the start of hoodie weather in most areas of the country. What time of year do you normally break out the sweaters in your neck of the woods?
Keep havin FuN!

Black Hoodie T-Shirts
Just because it's hot doesn't mean you can't still wear a black hoodie. Even though summer doesn't officially arrive in the United States for another couple of days, in most areas of the country, it's felt like summer for a couple of months now. Personally I haven't really felt like wearing my hooded sweatshirts lately. So I started thinking, I wonder if I could find some nice black hooded t-shirts.
Yep, apparently they're out there ...
Obviously, I think a t-shirt is going to be a lot cooler during the hot days of summer ... and really, even in the evenings, it's usually still warm enough that a full, thick sweatshirt might not be the most comfortable option. I don't know about you, but in our family, we enjoy hitting the pool or the beach this time of year. Having a hood to pull up over your wet head might just come in handy.
Now to just figure out where to get a couple of these suckers.
You got any ideas?
Have a FuN summer!
